New to the property market, I was wary of real estate agents, knowing that they are working for the vendor, not the buyer. However, this was not my experience at all with Karl and his team. I felt respected and met with honesty at each step of the purchasing process - from initial inquiries about the property, through to the offer and actual purchase. The communication was always clear and professional and any queries I had were answered promptly. Karl always kept me in the loop, which was much appreciated.
