Eddie and his team are outstanding. They are extremely organised, great communicators and make the selling process smooth! Selling a property is stressful, but these guys take the stress away from the process! We decided to go with Eddie because he is local to the area, we see him around everywhere - he is a very familiar face in the community. When we approached Eddie and informed him we can’t to sell our house, he didn’t give us the usual real estate speel, he got straight to work! Amy, his PA is extremely organised. Amy coordinated everything and sent us reminders when appointments were coming up. These guys make a great team! We decided to go to Auction. Eddie explained the Auction process to us and guided us step by step. If you want a stress free sale, with and ultra organised and professional organisation, go with Team Eddie Quispe!

It is our absolute pleasure to provide a review for Eddie Quispe and his team at First National Hills Direct, The Ponds. From start to finish we have been greatly impressed by the professionalism, responsiveness, local knowledge and of course great results of Eddie and his Team. Eddie, Amy, Marta, Anik, Hannah and all the other team members working away behind the scenes have infinitely made our experience with selling our home a positive one. At no point along our journey did we regret our decision to sign a contract with them. They have put us in touch with trades, building inspectors and suppliers and have always been available to offer us reassurances and a compassionate ear when needed. A big shout out also to Michael Garofolo our auctioneer who immediately recognised the value in the product he was selling on our auction day and whose passion and confidence put everyone in the room at ease. When I first met John to discuss the possibility of selling my house, he was absolutely amazing, very patient and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and answered questions that I hadn't thought of asking. He took me through the process - what would be expected, and the fees and costs up front so I knew what to expect at the end and timelines. I was kept update throughout the entire process and I was never left wondering where we were up to or what happens next. When a situation changed I was given advice on how to proceed and reassured the entire time. This meant that I ended up getting a really good sales price in a really good time frame - perfect for what I needed. Even after exchanging the contracts and during the cooling off, I've been kept up to date on the whole process. I would definitely recommend John and use him (and the entire team) again in the future. Everybody has been wonderful including John, Eddie, and all the amazing ladies that form the team.
