As locals, they have expert knowledge of the area and its history and they draw on their experience to give you valuable insights about the market. They gave detailed updates through each stage and after every open home and were quick to answer any of our questions. We would consider ourselves reasonably seasoned home buyers/sellers, as this was the 5th house that we'd owned and occupied. When a neighbour highly recommended John, we were thrilled, because there's nothing worse than having to listen to real estate agents tell you how great they are. That's three hours you'll never get back. So when we met John, we were immediately impressed by his friendly nature, and were very quickly confident that this was an experienced professional agent who knew the area and knew exactly what he would do to achieve the best result possible. His pricing was very competitive, and so we signed on the dot. As soon as we did, it was as if a whirlwind struck, and within 3 business days, we had the house styled, featured on various real estate websites, and an open day conducted. On the fourth day, we had 4 offers on the table and within a week, a signed and exchanged contract where we achieved a price for our house that was well beyond our expectation, and in fact was a record price for our suburb. We are still somewhat in shocked amazement with what John said he and his team would do, and then delivered well and truly above our expectations. If you're looking for an agent? Two words.
