The best in the west!
Paul Land and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very honest throughout the process and even in a challenging market were able to secure the right buyer for our home. They went above and beyond to work with us on putting together a unique and interesting campaign to bring our home to the market from coffee carts, to face painting to additional advertising opportunity to boost exposure. We had fantastic turn outs at all our open homes and Paul and the team always went out of their way to accommodate potential buyers, through mid-week private inspections, Sunday open homes and many 2nd, 3rd and 4th return visits. Styling team and photography: less than average Negotiation and persuasion: average Customer database to bring customers: weak compare to other agencies Team: his assistant Amy was excellent Admin and office: negligent and rude.
