My wife Lara and I appointed Adrienne as the listing agent to sell our home after our positive experience buying the property years earlier. My wife and I had two young children while living in Heidi place and it was an emotional time selling and leaving behind the memories we had made and Adrienne was very respectful at all times when visiting, showing people through and when it came to actually accepting an offer to sell. Adrienne sold our first Binet home in Castle Hill about 11 years ago for a record price at the time. My neighbor thought it was an excellent price. Adrienne helped us purchase a block of land and we built another Binet home. Adrienne again sold our home for a record price and again the neighbours were very impressed with the price. Deborah O’Brien from Homeway First National Real Estate sold us our house 20 years ago for her client and in the latter months of 2015 successfully sold the same house for us. Adrienne sold our property achieving a great price in a minimum amount of time. We listed on the Tuesday, saw over 20 parties through for the open house on the Saturday and by that evening had exchanged contracts, having had three interested parties bidding.
