Adrienne and I first crossed paths when I phoned her to look into buying in the Hills District due to starting a new family and needing more space. My initial opinion of her was that she clearly knew the market like the back of her hand and wasn't just interested in just selling me a house, she wanted to sell my and wife and me a 'home'. I was so impressed with her selling style and her approach to understanding our needs by narrowing down her list of properties for sale based on our list of must haves and most not haves. I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and I must say that Adrienne gets it, she isn't into wasting time on a maybe, or a property that is half right, she matches people with a home and I would certainly use her again in the future.

Adrienne had a very good knowledge of the local market around Castle Hill and the greater Sydney area. She was realistic in valuing our house. She gave helpful advice as to the best way to market our home. The advertising was very well presented with great photographs and internet exposure. Our open house attracted over 30 groups of interested people with several offers. Adrienne handled the negotiations with the buyers very honestly and always consulted us in the decision of accepting the best offer. Adrienne had also sold our previous house 10 years earlier and so we were keen to use her expertise again, with great results.
