We’ve sold a lot of properties over the years and Matt has been the best by far. After facing a cancer diagnosis, we had to sell our investment property to pay for treatments. Matt handled ALL aspects of the sale, including organising tradesmen for repairs, organising staged furniture etc. and even communicated directly with our conveyancer, so we could concentrate on our own challenges. The whole process, from the first phone call to Matt through to settlement, happened extremely quickly. He was professional, highly knowledable about the current market, we were happy with the sale price and the whole process was completely stress free. Thanks Matt!!!

Simone has one of those attitudes that is always positive. She extended her time and even put a tremendous amount of work to help us how to gather all the papers works relating of selling our property in Melbourne as this is our first time to sell a property. Her willingness to help is always there, when major problem arises we always turn to Simone to solve the problem. Until we found the right buyer for the property. JOB WELL DONE SIMONE!!
