From our first telephone conversation Matt understood our requirements exactly. He did not apply any pressure to purchase any particular property and went out of his way to fit in with with regards to inspections. Once we had made our decision he made the paperwork process, although a lengthy one, quite clear and relaxed. He has a knowledge of relevant professions in the area to assist in the purchasing process such as building and plumbing inspections if required. I have no hesitation in contacting Matt in the future for my real estate needs.
