A pleasure to deal with!
In any property sale where you are the buyer, you accept that the agent has a duty to seek the best price for the vendor. While I believe that Nyall fulfilled this responsibility, as a buyer we found him to be straight forward, pleasant, helpful, honest and transparent. No request was too much trouble and the sale process, though a tough negotiation, was in the end fair for all parties. Buying or selling I would recommend Nyall to others as a real estate agent that is great to do business with.

Simply the BEST!
They say never trust Car dealers and Real Estate Agents and on the whole I understand the comment. However Nyall is the exception to the rule, he knows the market better than the rest, he does use any BS he is a straight shooter and I believe to many that can be off putting, most sellers want to hear that their property is worth more than it is but the reality is that it is worth what the market will pay. Selling a property is a big deal and we don't do it all that often so the last thing you need is someone misleading you to get the listing. I have never found an agent that comes close to Nyall - I have been dealing with him now for around 20 years and he hasn't changed - everyone I refer are still dealing with him and refine him as well. don't wast time talking to others just go with the best and you won't be disappointed you will appreciate the honesty, integrity and great communications.
