We were very happy with the outcome
We were originally planning on selling he house with the tenant still there. we decided that we wanted to change these plans and paint, recarpet and put in new blinds. The agent helped organise for the tenant to leave, cleaning of the property on the outside and gardening. The change in the house was amazing and we got a much better price.
