George Rafty First National have just completed the sale of our home in Hamilton . Our property was very unique and we were hoping to set a precedent for sale price in our area . It was a beautiful home but required someone with equal passion as ours to sell that to the market . Our circumstances were also not simple by any means . We were not made any false promises and at times when hard truths were required and probably needed they were delivered . Small touches such as cold bottled water on the open house and auction day on the hot days and the ease of communication with the office , gave us a feeling that everyone in the office knew about our house and it felt like dealing with a nice family size practice but with the resources and knowledge to match anyone . We would have no hesitation to buy or sell with George again and we in fact look forward to that .
