Lucy's approach was clear and professional, managing both the needs of the vendor and the buyer to make a deal happen in a difficult market. She was always responsive to messages and worked hard to meet our needs for viewings which were challenging due to work and distance. She even kept in touch when the offer was rejected and it looked like the deal could not be reached, moving to a point where both parties agreed. Buying through Lucy was easy, and if I was selling I would certainly talk to Lucy.
