Lucy was totally amazing from inspections to the successful Auction on my behalf. She never once hesitated to show me through the home 3 times in the week leading up to the Auction. Unfortunately I couldn't be at the Auction on the day and Lucy bidded on my behalf via phone. Since the successful purchase she has dropped everything to let me back into the home with carpet sample prior to settlement. Lucy has gone over and beyond for me.
