After spending some time investigating different agents, we decided to go with Con because of his deep level of market knowledge in Pyrmont . This knowledge helped us achieve a settlement that surpassed that which other agents had indicated was possible. Had we gone with one of the other agents we reviewed we would have obtained a far less favorable outcome. Con indicated at the outset that he was willing to be flexible on his fee if we achieved a quick sale - and he was true to his word (something other agents refused to do). Simply, we couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our apartment. Con's professionalism, knowledge and honesty helped us achieve a fantastic settlement at a reasonable price. Michael was Exceptional. Buying a home is naturally very stressful , and clearly you want to get the best possible price when you buy , the seller wants best possible price and squeezed in the middle is the agent… obviously wanting both parties to be happy. Michael managed the process , clearly knew his area intimately and was able to answer any questions or issues raised . Upon having been to many inspections with various agents in the inner city, Michael’s people skills just stood out and made the entire process so much smoother. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again for either buying or selling.

While I had bought/sold two properties before as part of a couple, this was my first as a single woman, after a Divorce. Michael was very patient with my many inspections (with various family members and tradespeople). After the sale, the expected settlement date was delayed by the Vendor and Michael showed genuine concern for my sons and I and our living arrangements. He was friendly, professional and sincere throughout the stressful buying process, which I am grateful for.
