Mark worked hard for us to get the price we wanted for our house . He was helpful in guiding us through paperwork etc . He always suggested we run all paperwork past our solicitor and suggested we discuss issues with solicitor when things weren't straight forward . Mark was calm and instilled confidence in us when our first contract fell through . He was encouraging and stayed positive . Mark is a good communicator and kept us well informed . If he wasn't working the weekends when we had open house the agent that was on rang and gave us a run down. Mark was very good at giving us an overview of the thoughts of the customers who visited the house . As this was the first house we built to sell we very much appreciated Mark giving us positive and negative feed back from prospective customers . We will certainly use his feedback when we build another house and will use Mark and his company again .
