Ridiculously good!
My property had been on the market before, not once but twice and I had almost given up hope in selling it. I engaged Marcus’ and Julie’s services as a last ditch hope to move my property along. It was on the market for less than a week at double the price that it had been listed for before and it was sold to the first couple. Marcus knew what we wanted.

Marcus was, from day one very knowledgable about our local area, he gave us a realistic price guide and his marketing stratagey was on point. We had a large number of interested buyers come through our property and he negociated to get us top dollar for our property. When we were feeling anxious in parts of the process, Marcus was able to re-assure us - and it did all work out just how he had presented it. We would recommend to anyone selling in Moorabool shire to hire Marcus and his team as they were Amazing!
