Very professional
Mark was very professional at all times. We felt confident with his advice and his approach to selling our home. He maintained contact throughout, ensuring we understood the process and, as a result, we were kept up to date with information. We are very grateful for the assistance Mark and his team gave us as any stress in selling our home was kept to a minimum.

Amazing!!!!
I have had Marcus appraise my house a few times over the past few years. Every time I asked Marcus to attend, he was extremely helpful. He never had an issue that it took us almost 3 years to finally decide to sell. Recently, we finally decided to sell and Marcus and Julie were nothing short of amazing during the whole process. Not only did we have the best outcome possible, we also received fantastic service with all of my many questions. If we ever sell again, I wouldn't look at using anyone else. Rayner Real Estate truly our the leaders in the local market.

Fantastic Agent
It was soo easy purchasing our property, Marcus was very informative and so easy to get along with, His friendly personality made us very comfortable, it felt like we'd known him for years. As we will be new to Bacchus Marsh, Marcus was very helpful to let us know of any trades, restaurants, shops and many other landmarks that we may find useful. We don't plan on selling or buying for a while but if we do Marcus will be our first contact. We only have 10 days till settlement...very exciting :)

We have to stop meeting like this...
Our first meeting with Mark was nearly 3 years ago when we commenced our search for a property with a little acreage in the Ballan/Gordon/Mount Egerton triangle. After countless opens with various real estate companies, it took us nearly 15 months to come across 29 Bank Street Ballan and it was ironic that we finished our search with the agent we started it with. His knowledge of the area is excellent, he is good at following up leads without coming across as pushy, and when we were looking to buy was the ONLY agent who kept in periodic contact with us if he felt he had something suitable for us to consider. I would definitely put Mark at the No 1 position of all the agents we dealt with, a little step down to the next in line who was with a Ballarat-based agency and then the rest wallowed way behind, sometimes not even bothering to follow up our open inspection visits or returning calls - not how you want your agent behaving when acting on your behalf as vendor!!! Deciding to take a step back to a cheaper rental for a little while to save for a move to a larger property for our business, we didn't hesitate to call Mark to sell our beloved home. We have been kept informed throughout the sale process to know how things were going, the level of interest, whether it seemed we had pitched the correct sale price, etc. and he obtained our asking figure within a couple of weeks. Having dealt with him now in both buying and selling scenarios, we will utilise Mark's services wherever possible in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to others. We look forward to future chats down the main street, but firstly the sticker ceremony and a glass of bubbly this weekend - thank you!!

Exceptional Agent
