Marcus was, from day one very knowledgable about our local area, he gave us a realistic price guide and his marketing stratagey was on point. We had a large number of interested buyers come through our property and he negociated to get us top dollar for our property. When we were feeling anxious in parts of the process, Marcus was able to re-assure us - and it did all work out just how he had presented it. I had pleasure to meet Mark Dudley from a recent house purchase. Seldom does one feel a real estate agent is warm and feel connected. My family felt the same with him. Being owner of other properties, met several agents and i realise, i would hand over my house keys to Mark with my eyes closed. Very professional, ethical and a good bridge between vendor and purchaser. Unlike other agents, after settlement, he came to hand over keys at property had a little chat and went over things again for our full satisfaction, which is missing in many agents today. Cant recommend him enough.
