I’ve rented a lot over the years & some agent chains I refuse to rent with because of how badly they treat their tenants. First National is not on that list, but I began with a healthy dose of skepticism. I’ve been with Bribie Island now for about a month and here’s what I’ve learned: They are open more than closed. They are more readily available to answer your calls. You tend to be able to speak to the same people about your property. They have systems in place to help your initial move-in easier than other real estate agents. I had a plumbing issue that was rectified in two hours. I put in a request for some changes that were actioned and approved within a week. However, they have not yet been completed in the time frame given to me as yet. But that’s on the owner, not the agent. Everybody seems ridiculously friendly. It must be island living! I never thought I'd write a review for a real estate agent, let alone a positive one. But these guys deserve it.

We were looking for a Rental property. I called First National Real Estate concerning a house on Bribie Island. But it was unsuitable. Debbie told me about a house to rent at Banksia Beach so we went over to inspect the property. We were happy with the house so we went ahead with an application for the house. Debbie worked very hard with the owner and we were advised later that we had been successful at aquiring the house.Now we are settleing in. All of the ladies at the Real Estate office have been very helpful in sorting out any problems that we might have. Many thanks,John and Peggy Evans.

We have been dealing with First National Real Estate Bribie Island for 23 years and have found their services in Property Management to be conducted in a very professional manner. We recently leased a property and I was very impressed in the manner in which is was done so. My thanks to Debbie B who arranged all the leasing documentation. I could not fault her product knowledge, communication and professionalism and it was such a pleasure dealing with her. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Real Estate. We will continue to use them until such time we no longer require the services of an Estate Agent.
