Extremely helpful!
We recently needed to change agents for one of our rental properties. I went online and found Burton Groves and was impressed by their previous reviews so I thought would call them. Karen was so helpful & really understanding of our situation. Not at all pushy - just provided me with everything I needed to be able to make an informed decision about Burton Groves. She couldn't do enough to ensure we were back on track to rent out our property quickly. It was tenanted after the first viewing. I really appreciate all the back and forth communication Karen provided to keep me informed! Karen & Kelly really went above & beyond - thanks ladies - keep up the good work!

Friendly, Efficient and Professional!

Constructive relationship
We have enjoyed working with Burton Groves throughout our tenancy. From the first inspection they have always been very accommodating to our needs. They are prompt and considerate in dealing with any issues we raise. Communication is always very clear and friendly; inspections are thorough but fair. Highly recommend if you are looking for an agency that treats their tenants with the utmost respect.

Amazing Property Manager
Kelly Pengilly is our property manager and she’s absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for us. Renting out the property is practically stress free for us because of her. Would highly recommend her as she’s the BEST Nothing is ever too much trouble.

IF YOU ARE A TENANT THIS IS WHO YOU WANT TO BE WITH
I cannot speak highly enough of the Property Management Team here - especially Kelly - they are so helpful and respectful and friendly to their tenants, and will go above and beyond for you. They ensure the properties are well maintained and the Landlord's requirements are also taken care of. As a long term renter, I can honestly say they manage to walk that fine line between tenant and landlord's needs while keeping everyone happy which is so very rare !!

New Property Manager
We have several rental properties that have been managed by Burton Groves for many years. Our previous property manager was excellent and left the company after 14 years. Karen is our new property manager and as such this is the first property let through Karen. It is a little early to give glowing reviews of Karen but so far having tagged along to property inspections twice and the way she went about letting Alison street we would say that she upholds the standard that Burton Groves set and everything is on track for Karen to be our long term property manager. So we could definitely recommend Burton Groves and Karen as a Property Manager.
