Matthew did a brilliant job selling our house. He was enthusiastic about the house, communicated with us very well and clearly worked hard to get the best price for us. He sold the house almost immediately after it was listed for $50,000 more than we were expecting, based on the evaluation of another agent. Matt said he would get the higher price from the beginning and he obviously knew the market because we achieved the price he told us he believed we would.
