Matt made out first home buyers experience excellent, we have been through multiple viewings with Matt and he was helpful in all of the stages of buying our house. From being a renter in a property that was being sold to actually buying a property being sold all by Matt, I am extremely grateful for the service provided within both transactions. The sale of the rental fell within a very difficult time for my family and Matt did everything he could to ensure respect and privacy when needed but also got the job done and as a bonus got an investor to purchase the property meaning we did not have to vacate. I kept this in mind when going to purchase a home for my family, and when I saw a perfect property with Matt’s name on it we had to view it and make an offer as we knew he would be a great agent for the job (especially seeing it was vacant). Matt has ensured the buying process was seamless and quick, with a 30 day settlement and providing great recommendations for the building and pest inspections, and general guidance on the buying process. Very grateful for everything, 10/10 would recommend. Very respectful towards tenants and very effective with property sales/purchase.

Through the selling of my mother’s home in Morwell, I would recommend Frank Palermo from Ist National Real Estate Central KW to anyone that was considering appointing a local Real Estate Agent. Having had dealings with many real estate agents in the past, I think I am well qualified to speak on the subject. Quite often you come up aganst unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven without your wishes as a seller being first in mind. Frank was immensely patient, which at the time was a slow market. He put in the hard yards, opened the property for inspection on many occasions & kept me informed on what was happening on a regular basis. The property was sold at a great price & Frank showed great expertise in his knowledge of local real estate prices, trends, past results & dedication to his chosen profession.

Matt and crew gave me a fair estimate of what they thought the property was worth. I wanted a quick sale and within a week of signing the contract we had our first inspection which ended up being the buyer. I accepted a little less than I was expecting but the market is not strong in Churchill. Thank you again to Matt and team and also Josh who is part of the rental team for all their efforts.
