The sale of the rental fell within a very difficult time for my family and Matt did everything he could to ensure respect and privacy when needed but also got the job done and as a bonus got an investor to purchase the property meaning we did not have to vacate. I kept this in mind when going to purchase a home for my family, and when I saw a perfect property with Matt’s name on it we had to view it and make an offer as we knew he would be a great agent for the job (especially seeing it was vacant). Matt has ensured the buying process was seamless and quick, with a 30 day settlement and providing great recommendations for the building and pest inspections, and general guidance on the buying process. Very grateful for everything, 10/10 would recommend. Very respectful towards tenants and very effective with property sales/purchase.

Having had dealings with many real estate agents in the past, I think I am well qualified to speak on the subject. Quite often you come up aganst unprofessionalism, impatience, and money-driven without your wishes as a seller being first in mind. Frank was immensely patient, which at the time was a slow market. Matt and crew gave me a fair estimate of what they thought the property was worth. I wanted a quick sale and within a week of signing the contract we had our first inspection which ended up being the buyer.
