Jason Angus came highly recommended by my father and my cousin who have both had dealings with Jason in the past. So when it was time to put my property on the market I gave Jason a call and found out quickly that he was not only extremely knowledgeable on the area that my house was in, but also very easy to deal with and made me feel very comfortable. He advised me on what he thought the property was worth which was actually higher than I expected which was great. It then came to the day of the first open house. Not only did it sell straight away on the first showing, but it sold for more than I thought. For those of you who are looking at Selling our Buying a property I would highly recommend Jason Angus. We chose Jason to handle the sale of our home , in which we had resided for 40 years , on the recommendation of a close friend for whom he found a buyer quickly --after another local Agent had failed over a period of months . Having had a 25 year experience as a local Real Estate Agent , I knew the type of person my wife and I needed to handle our sale and Jason stood out head and shoulders above the other Agents I interviewed and we confidently appointed him . His presentation , local knowledge , his friendly manner all contributed -- the sign went up on a Thursday and one week later we were thrilled to place a SOLD sticker over the excellent photographs on the sign .. to find a buyer and exchange unconditionally in seven days tells the story ..and we would seriously recommend anyone considering selling should give Jason a call ..... well done , that man !!!!!

Just a short note to say Thank You to Jason who sold our Budgewoi investment property in February 2020. Jason is the Principal of his own business at First national Real Estate ,Charmhaven. His sales knowledge and experience concerning the northern suburbs of the NSW Central Coast is extensive. Jason achieved a sale price within the range discussed within a short campaign time, even though the house next door had recently sold under market price through another agent. Jason was also very considerate of the needs of our existing tenants so that they were not unnecessarily disturbed during house inspections. This resulted in a smooth sale result. I would recommend Jason as an excellent Real Estate agent!
