From the first time we met with Jason we liked his strategy. He didn’t want us to fix anything up. He liked to sell it as is. He sold the property for what he said he would get for it and sold it within the time period he said he would. He had amazing knowledge of Woongarrah. He knew more about our street than another agent who had lived on our street for many years. This local knowledge that he has is valuable. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to sell. He is a very experienced agent, but doesn’t come off as a know it all. Nice local agent, who charges very fair fees.

My 84 year old Mum has had to sell her lovely house as she can no longer look after it. Jason took all of the emotion of the situation on board, his extremely professional and calm manner towards Mum whilst selling the house made the whole experience easier to deal with. After, having my home on the market from February 2019 to July 2019 with another Agent, and not one offer, I approached Jason, for his experience in selling, having sold my home to us in 2004. Jason took on the task of selling my home in August 2019, and had interested buyers coming through the first week. He would go in search of buyers and managed to sell my home in October 2019. It was good to know that I had someone working on my behalf, as I had become a widow since first meeting Jason, and found the task of selling my home a bit daunting, when you are on your own. Jason is honest and to the point, and kept me informed with interested buyers, at all times. Best result in a falling market. I would recommend Jason and his team at First National to any would be seller or buyer.
