Was looking for a 3 bedroom property with sufficient yard for gardening and a shadehouse and glasshouse, saw the property on internet, rang to see if was strata (a negative in my view), Jason advised it was but only 3 person, and having listened indicated I should have a look as yard was he believed ideal, and suggested I meet him at property on way to see other viewings that I had organised. Jason was there on time!, showed me round, with no hard sell, let property speak for itself, helped pace out yard to check dimensions, answered my questions. dropped back to His office later in day to check something, result was I made an offer which Jason immediately rang through, after some negotiation was accepted. Jason helped negotiate on some furniture which I was interested in having left in property by vendor. Nothing too much trouble. Polite, friendly, clearly experienced and knew his business. Have no hesitation on recommending most highly.

I am so, SO happy we chose to go with Jason and First National Charmhaven. We did a lot of research and reading of the fine print of multiple quotes from different agents. Jason charges less than his competitors because he doesn't waste money on flashy marketing. We nearly fell victim to unscrupulous, dishonest and money hungry competitors in the local area. Selling a house can be stressful, often you don't know who to trust. We could not be more happy with the end result. House sold, a fair price for all, and no bull shit. Thank you Jason, for being trust worthy, honest, and for your hard work. I could not recomend Jason more highly, and warn against some other really dodgy local competitors. Thanks mate - well done. From the time Jason listed the property he worked all avenues and lines of enquiry. The zoning of the property required exposing it to all types of buyers. It however was his experience knowledge and many contacts in real estate industry that paid dividends for us in the end.
