As a first time seller Blake went above and beyond what i expected, he not only secured an amazing price for the property he did it in an even better time frame. He talked me through each step of the process, and really went the extra mile dealing with the another agency who was managing the property at the time, which i had decided not to sell with. He also had to work with the tenant and help cater to her circumstances at the time. He has intergrity he is honest and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for everyone. He is by far the best agent on the central coast. I would very highly recommend Blake to anyone, he will exceed your expectations.

A rare diamond in the world of real estate Jason offered excellent service accommodating requests to meet early in morning etc. Everything that a prospective purchased would need was detailed at the inspection time. After sale service was and is exemplary with assistance for all sorts of matters from plumbing to electricians to maintenance staff...as well as providing access at short notice for various tradies prior to the move in. Simply put for this gentleman nothing was too much trouble either before the sale...or...after the sale....or....even long after the sale. 6 Star service all the way!!
