My wife and I have sold properties in England, New Zealand and Australia but in all of these sales we have never met such a perfect salesperson as Blake Flynn. The presentation of the photos of the house to the public was first class, so much so we put the property in his hands on a Thursday and on Saturday we had an offer, it was brilliant. He also took an enormous amount of time listening to our wants and inspirations and became very helpful in overcoming these and putting our fears at rest. Not only did we meet a very good and helpful salesperson, he made things very easy for us during the sale process. Blakes communication with us has been to the highest standard, returning calls straight away, coming out to the property as soon as possible which for us has made our sale run as smooth as it could. We had our property advertised on the monday online, tuesday our sale sign went up, tuesday afternoon Blake brought a family through & by wednesday afternoon we'd accepted an offer at asking price which we were more than happy with.
