Caroline worked incredibly hard to sell my unit and in the end achieved a fantastic sale figure for me, better than I ever imagined I would achieve. During the marketing/selling phase, even when I had basically lost hope after around 4/5 months when there had been lots of interest but no offers, Caroline never did. She was persistant and dogged in her approach arranging as many open days and private viewings as we could manage. Caroline always sent me an email with an update and encouragement. I could tell that she felt dissapointed for me too when all her efforts appeared fruitless. Caroline was amazing during the negotioation phase and worked all weekend and even after hours to secure the sale. I cannot thank her enough for her hard work and I would recommend Caroline (in fact I have already!) to engage to sell your property. I have also found First National Coffs Harbour, in general, a fantactic and professional agency to deal with. Thank You caroline you are the best.
