Avi is very personable and passionate about her work in real estate. We were selling a wonderful waterfront level floodfree block of land that used to be the site of our home but due to family circumstances we decided to sell the land instead of rebuilding. Potential buyers came and went., not prepared to pay the price Avi kept us informed of any potential buyers all the time and provided us with a weekly electronic update. Avi regularly discussed marketing strategies and she made us feel that our sale was a priority for her. Finally the day came and offers were made and negotiations were put in place for the land . Caroline Campbell worked very hard to sell our apartment under particularly difficult circumstances with much competition from other similar apartments and during an economic period with few buyers. We knew from the outset our apartment would not sell quickly and Caroline was very frank and honest about our prospects. It took 10 months to sell our property at a price within the range Caroline had initially estimated. During this period Caroline’s professionalism was unwavering in what appeared to be a dim environment of little interest and no offers to buy. She was steady in her approach keeping us informed on progress as well as other sales. Caroline also initiated further advertising, at her own expense, allowing further exposure and inspections to be carried out. We were so pleased when she informed us there was a buyer shortly after one of these additional inspections.
