After having a horrific experience with another agent, I stumbled upon Michael from a clients' recommendation. From day one, Michael was transparent with a realistic approach to the current market. Communication during the process was excellent. I would definitely recommend and use Michael for any real estate matters in the future.

Paul was great, he knew all the answers to the questions we asked. He was professional and took the time to chat to us about the property on several occasions (even after hours).

Paul acted very professionally in the negotiation and contract phases of our dealings. I believe he acted fairly and courteously to both parties and I had confidence he was experienced and capable to bring about a successful sale. He was punctual and efficient with our meetings and inquiries. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future in the opportunity arises.

Paul and his team do a great job from start to finish. The photography is amazing and marketing first rate. Paul sold my apartment quickly in what is a quiet market.

Found Paul to be a top agent! Great communicator, he kept us informed continuously through the entire sale campaign. Very upfront and honest with his feedback and updates, we were never left wondering what was going on. Would highly recommend him to any prospective vendors looking for a genuine agent to work with.

From the first time we spoke Paul was upfront and honest with me. He made the experience of buying a house an enjoyable one. We look forward to doing business with him again.

We worked with Paul through a difficult sales period to sell mum's house for her . Paul at all times was informative, supportive and thoughtful. He kept us "in the loop" throughout the process and visited mum a couple of times in the Nursing Home. For mum (who was selling her home after living in it for 58 years), this was an extremely positive experience.

Paul Davis is a decent man and we found him to be honest and easy to deal with. We had confidence in his appraisal of market conditions and we appreciated the fact that there was no pushy real estate agent attitude. We would recommend Paul to our family and friends. However, we did have two areas of concern: 1. Advertising in local newspapers- the description of our property was not acceptable, especially when compared with ads from other agents......we had numerous comments from friends, who thought that our home was not portrayed to best advantage.....we raised this issue on 2-3 occasions but there was no change to the advertisements. 2. Open House times were not consistent......they varied from mid-morning to early-afternoon. This was inconvenient for us and, we felt, it might have been confusing for potential buyers. We were aware that the market had stepped down. We do not blame the agent for the lower-than-expected price. However, we feel that, in a more challenging market, the agent should have paid more attention to detail, such as newspaper ads and using more visible street signs, to catch the attention of potential buyers.

Paul was always ready to help me with my queries regarding the property. A good agent to have.
