Highly Recommended Agent
We first worked with Paul when we bought this property as purchasers, and then again we came back to Paul when it was time for us to sell. From the start he was open and honest about the current market conditions, and detailed a realistic strategy to sell the house, explaining the reasoning behind everything. Compared to other agents we interviewed he was more upfront about the current market conditions, detailed in his explanations, and didn't give us any unrealistic promises. He communicated with us at every stage what was happening, giving us detailed reports into interest at our inspections, and referred potential buyers from his network. He also helped us in negotiating a better price. We're very happy with the sale, and would recommend Paul to anyone selling in the area.

Excellent Agent and a Great Person.
I appointed Paul Davis of Daystar First National Real Estate at Revesby to help me sell my dad's house, and from the very first meeting I knew I had picked the right person. Paul is a local guy who has a fantastic knowledge of the real estate market throughout the area, he understands the best marketing campaign strategies to achieve the optimum result and he kept us fully informed and up to date through the whole journey. He managed to achieve a fantastic result at a time when the media outlets and other agents were all gloom and doom and making statements that the market is in decline and falling, but not Paul, always positive and up-beat, proving all the nay-says wrong. Apart from all the superlatives I could use to describe Paul's professionalism, he is also a genuine person, a real gentlemen and an absolute joy to deal with. Very easy to work with Paul.
Paul did not hesitate to give a realistic appraisal of how the market actually is at the moment. He did not raise our expectations regarding price and I believe his strategy of putting a price range on the house enabled us to accept an offer in week 3 of the house being up for sale.

What a remarkable agent
