I met Paul Davis last year when I was considering selling my house. While Paul was not a local agent I sensed his professionalism in all things real estate was what I needed. I don't think there was anything that I had to ask Paul about, he covered all aspects of selling my home quickly and efficiently while keeping me well informed every step of the way. On open days Paul arrived early to help me prepare house for possible buyers, after open days he would inform me of who attended and possible serious buyers. This information was very reassuring for me and appreciated. Paul Davis is an exceptional real estate agent who cares about his clients and I would highly recommend Paul to anyone wanting to sell or buy a house.

Paul exceeded our expectations not only in achieving a great Sale price but also in how he marketed and communicated with us through the whole process. We enjoyed dealing with Carol but my review may not do her justice as the sale all went so smoothly there was little need for questions and we had no concerns at all so our contact was limited. A good thing!! Michael took the lead on negotiations and market knowledge so we didn't get the opportunity to experience or assess Carol's skill in these areas, hence the 'average' somewhat 'default' rating.
