I recently sold my mother's home through Michael Sleiman of Daystar Real Estate and found Michael to be a true professional in his trade. Michael is honest, reliable and never failed to keep me in the loop at all times. He is a born negotiator who secured a sale price I was extremely happy with. Michael you are a STAR :) Thank you DAYSTAR - Best experience ever

A pleasure to work with Michael and Carol. Initial advice and strategy was spot on and very appreciative of being kept fully informed throughout selling process. Very happy with price achieved.

Paul exceeded our expectations not only in achieving a great Sale price but also in how he marketed and communicated with us through the whole process. We sold our property in a period that lead up to and over the Christmas period and Paul was available and still talking with potential buyers even over the Holiday period. Great guy, who worked hard for us and was transparent through the whole process.

We enjoyed dealing with Carol but my review may not do her justice as the sale all went so smoothly there was little need for questions and we had no concerns at all so our contact was limited. A good thing!! Michael took the lead on negotiations and market knowledge so we didn't get the opportunity to experience or assess Carol's skill in these areas, hence the 'average' somewhat 'default' rating.

Michael and his team are great to deal with ! From day one he was flexible , professional yet very personable and above all takes pride in demonstrating real "customer service" ! . Michael on several occasions has gone above and beyond and his team have been extremely responsive and just as personable and willing to assist. Truly a great experience as a buyer. THANKS team!

We have been very happy to benefit Paul's professionalism to assist us both in buying our new home and selling our current property. We have known michael from word of mouth and other friends and family. One thing that michael has over many other agents apart from his outstanding sales results, exceptional customer service skills is his down to earth and honest personality which is hard to find these days. He is always positive and knows how to adapt to the market to get you the best result. We dont even need to shop around, we have michael on speed dial who is happy to have a chat anytime. Hard to find professionals like michael!!

Paul was a pleasure to work with, he was knowledgeable, resourceful and followed through for us when we needed him. His advise was sound and he brought a personal touch to the usual rigid relationship between an agent and a seller. Paul wasn't just an agent but became a member of the family, and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a reliable, experienced estate agent. Thanks again for your help Paul

Paul was very professional and easy to work with. He did not pressure me and allowed me time to get comfortable with the process. He was very supportive through the entire campaign.
