Paul exceeded our expectations not only in achieving a great Sale price but also in how he marketed and communicated with us through the whole process. We sold our property in a period that lead up to and over the Christmas period and Paul was available and still talking with potential buyers even over the Holiday period. We enjoyed dealing with Carol but my review may not do her justice as the sale all went so smoothly there was little need for questions and we had no concerns at all so our contact was limited. A good thing!! Michael took the lead on negotiations and market knowledge so we didn't get the opportunity to experience or assess Carol's skill in these areas, hence the 'average' somewhat 'default' rating.
