Megan was born and raised in the beautiful Huon Valley and, wanting to stay close to friends and family, has now built her own home in the Channel. Megan comes to us with over ten years administration and office management experience. Having worked as a Personal Assistant and Office Manager for a marketing company, and extensively in administration in the Real Estate Industry both here and in Melbourne, Megan has acquired a wealth of knowledge and a broad range of skill and experience. Nikita is Genuinely Amazing!

Our experience leading our home out through Nikita at First National has been perfect! Right from the initial enquiry stage through to the listing and leasing stage Nikita has gone above and beyond & importantly has brought a real human touch to it all! I feel both Nikita & First National have our interests at heart but are flexible, fair and super helpful to the tenants also which is so important to us. Could not recommend more highly!

Excellent service

We have known Nikita since 2019, where we rented through First National real estate as tenants. We now have our own investment property, and we knew that we wanted Nikita to manage our property as we had already seen how good she was at looking after a rental. We have currently had our property rented for 7 months now, and we have found the process of listing to be very seamless as Nikita stepped us through the process and took any stress away. We would recommend Nikita to anyone who was looking to rent out their property

Great professional and friendly service

It has been an absolute pleasure having Nikita as our rental agent. She has been friendly, professional and accommodating. Nikita has been very helpful with proving information about the area as we moved from interstate, making us feel like valued tenants. She attends to matters promptly and makes sure the property is well maintained while keeping the interest of both the owner and tenant in mind. I would highly recommend Nikita.

I used First National with my most recent rental.

Nikita was thoroughly accomodating and helpful right from the start. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the property at hand and the process' that I needed to follow. She was then most helpful and professional when going through the property condition report and following up after the fact. She has made me feel, not only confident in her personal abilities, but valued as a client/renter under her auspices. 10 stars and 1 very happy renter.
