Appreciate Louise and the team at Fall. Great communicators and made the renting process smooth.

Sam and Lou have been amazing. From purchasing the property to now renting it, they were always available and worked closely with us each step of the way. Highly recommend Fall!

Naomi had great communication, excellent negotiation skills and professionalism. I felt very respected by her and she supported my journey to find my new place, which I am very excited to move into ☺️

Really friendly staff and comfortable dwelling provided. Much love, Sam

Responded instantly to messages when I jad moved in. I didnt move in on the day I got the keys so they gave me extra time to respond to the entry report.

Phoebe and her team were amazing from start to finish. Phoebe operated with professionalism and integrity, ensuring both parties achieved the desired outcome. As first time buyers in the Hobart market, Phoebe's support, clear and timely communication, and local knowledge were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Phoebe to anyone.

The Team at Peterswald have been looking after a significant portfolio for us, which for other managers would be difficult, but Peterswald seem to handle with ease. Communication is fantastic and they are responsive to requests and keep our properties to high standard, vetting tenants well. I highly recommend Peterswald for property management.

So professional on all aspects of my journey, the team make you feel comfortable while walking us thru the process.

Harcourt Kingston have been my agents for more than 10 years. Michael and Elisha have consistently impressed me with their professionalism, responsiveness and excellent communication. Michael and Elisha give me the confidence that they know the property and are careful in the selection of tenants. They provide me with regular inspection reports and advise me of any maintenance issues which are identified. They are responsive to my and tenants’ maintenance requests and/or queries. They are a pleasure to work with.

Our experience with Michael and the Team at Harcourts in Kingston has been fantastic. We’ve dealt with them on two separate properties now and in all instances they have been great communicators, responsive, professional, and have genuinely helped make the experience for us as easy as possible. Our most recent experience was nothing short of fantastic, with the entire process happening so smoothly, and much of our information retained and used from the previous transaction, which really simplified the entire process for us. We’d recommend the Harcourts Team to anyone - they are excellent!

Clear, succinct communication; helpful with enquiries and understanding of my value as a tenant.
