I found First National real estate to be very professional and knowledgeable. Initially I met with Helen and Nana got an appraisal. Despite the market slowing down, they gave me reassurance at every step that I would get a result. Nana took over when Helen was on leave and the most important aspect of selling my biggest asset was to have trust established between my agent and myself. I found Nana very caring wth a great attention to detail. Even after the sale she gave me a follow up call to see how the packing etc was going. I felt she went out of her way to help me.
