Highly professional and effective with sound local market knowledge

Up front and honest
Our paths have crossed a few times in my search for the Bruny bolt hole. Whilst you haven’t always told me what I wanted to hear, your feedback has been on the money, consistently. Wish I’d listened to you several properties ago…but nonetheless, super happy to have finally got a fabulous WIWO two bedroom house which will be perfect as short term accommodation for my family and/or paying guests. Couldn’t be happier.

Helen was extremely helpful both leading up to the sale as well as the sale itself.
Helen came and gave an appraisal of my property and gave useful advice as to what cosmetic changes would improve it's market appeal. Helen's no nonsense, yet sympathetic approach, to the whole process was exemplary. It was reassuring for me as a first time solo seller (after being widowed) to have such professional help.
