The process was faultless, he put us in touch with some designers that styled the house for us, he turned up for the first open home less than a week after a hip replacement and didn’t stop until we sold the place for full asking price, something we were not expecting to happen. Troy sold our home in Cameron Park in an unprecedented time, it was just as COVID-19 came into full effect, and there was quite a bit of uncertainty on how the market was going to fair. While the sale of our home was for an amount that was less than anticipated, we spoke to Troy and agreed that we would rather take what was on offer, than potentially lose more if the market fell over as nobody knew how COVID-19 was going to progress. Troy did not pressure us into making this decision, he was supportive and offered whatever advice he could. Troy went above and beyond in his commitment to selling our property, even turning up for the first open home, less than a week after having a hip replacement (after we told him we were happy to have his associates present and he should recover first) If I was selling another home, I would definitely use Troy's services again.
