From the moment we first meet Troy to sell our investment property, he was nothing short of amazing. He was professional, approachable, reliable and honest. Troy explained everything he could do for us and focused most of his energy on what our needs and intentions where instead of his own. To me this is a rare trait and something which separates him and places him at the top of the pack. Troy could not have made the whole process any easier and stress free for me and my family. He always had time to talk and discuss things, leaving us feeling comfortable and informed. All of these attributes really make Troy a Gem in the Rough and is why I believe he sold a property well and truly above our expected price with all parties happy. I wouldn't use any other agent in the area and couldn't recommend him higher.

Troy and Stephanie really made the whole experience a pleasent one, i would go as far as to say that it felt like we were treated like Royalty!!! We set our expectations rather high on what could have been seen as a challenging sale due to the nature of the property.
