Troy was a gentleman to deal with. I ride a motorbike and the day was a scorcher when I looked at a property in Edgeworth. Troy witnessed I was heat affected and offered to take my coat and helmet while I walked through the property. I didn't buy that one but after a few more inspections I found the one I wanted. Troy assited me with an approximate market value which I had researched as well. advised me on how my first offer may go with the vendor and then assisted me with the ins and outs of my first property purchase. Jett also gave me some much needed advice when Troy was unavailable.I know salesmen do a job and do it to sell for the vendor but Troy and Jett really stepped up for me as well. I aim to ask Troy to sell this one when I'm ready to move on as I see how well a job he did for both sides now. Thank you both Troy and Jett. Much appreciated.
