All went smoothly with our rental. The application process is quite complex but easier than the other agencies. We are just not used to it as this is the first time renting. Everything has gone smoothly since we moved in with good communication from the office and promptly attention when we had a small problem.

I believe FNL is one of the best real estate agent in Traralgon VIC. As I was from Singapore and tried to rent a house in Traralgon via online inspection. FNL responded promptly and professionally which lead to successful renting. But there are few things to improve. The condition reports of the house said almost all the things are in good condition but the garage doors are impaired and garage remote is very poor condition. FNL did arrange for garage door repair but still waiting to be fix.
