We recently bought an apartment in Townsville and Donna was acting as the vendors agent. At all times Donna was very professional, informed of relevant issues and pleasant to deal with. She facilitated meetings with the vendor to negotiate some matters to our mutual satisfaction. We found Donna a very good agent to transact through and are sure that others will find likewise.

We were so pleased when our new home came on the market. Donna let us know straight away how the market was so we had to move quickly. Donna was there for us within an hour and had all the information we required on hand. Contract signed, inspections arranged, everything done for us within minutes. A real pleasure to have Donna as the selling agent with the knowledge of what was happening in the local market and also a lovely lady to meet and know.

Tracy makes you feel like you have found a friend and I am very happy with everything Tracy has helped me with.
