We have recently purchased our first home and Donna made the process so easy for us! She was friendly and helpful from our very first interaction and nothing was ever too much trouble. We’re so glad we met Donna and will be recommending her to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

I can’t say enough about how much Donna did in helping us find a new home. This hadn’t been made easy for her as we were from out of town. Every time Donna said she’d call us she did, every time we rang with another query a reply was always prompt in coming. Her knowledge of the market and her people skills were very evident from our first meeting. I would highly recommend Donna.

Given we were interstate property owners, the distance was an obvious concern with regards orchestrating the sell, but Michele took the reins and made the whole process straightforward, from staging, to photos, to advertising. Her analysis of the market was spot on, and we sold for a higher price than expected.

I would strongly recommend Tracy & her team to represent anyone who is either looking at selling or purchasing a property, as we have found Helen Munroe Realestate to both professional & motivated to get the job without any hassles,

Donna provided a complete step by step process to facilitate a sale. Made the whole process painless and easy. As I am not local provided additional support and knowledge to co-ordinate other services required. Her professionalism and attendance to detail all completed with a happy approach was a breath of fresh air. Well done.

Michele was very efficient and helped me through the process. As I was interstate, Michele organised all the maintenance and touch ups required to get my property ready for sale. And most importantly she helped me get the price I wanted! Thanks Michele.

We are so appreciative to have had Michele as our sales agent. She was knowledgeable, so helpful with arranging all the things needed to get our house ready to sell, and communicated regularly so we always knew what was going on. She made the experiemce so much less stressful than it could have been. We felt like she went above and beyond.

Michelle is one of a kind, would not give my property to anyone else she always updates us on what’s happening with the property. So why not give her ago you will get results

Goes over and beyond to see that’s all documentation is in place. If items require repairs Michele acts on it straight away to see that the sale contract continues.
