I have had three investment properties managed since 2015 by Tracy's property management team and have found them all to be amazing in every aspect of maintaining my properties, through to their support and prompt follow-ups with both correspondence and inspections. I am not local so receiving my regular inspection reports including photographs allows me to make appropriate decisions promptly. Tracy also sold one of my investment properties recently and I have to say this was managed and marketed impeccably. The same day updates after the open homes and by appointment inspections once again made making my decisions very easy for a smooth prompt sale. Tracy actually got the final offer at a higher price than what I was expecting within the timeframe I was hoping to achieve. If you are considering selling or looking for a property manager I would highly recommend Tracy and her team. Thanks, Tracy, there is no one else in Townsville I would entrust my properties too. Please note: this is a genuine review from a genuine property owner who is very grateful to Tracy for the service and support I have consistently received since 2015.
