Michele was so attentive throughout the selling of my home. I had the added drama of the floods in Townsville and Michele was pivotal in providing access to contractors etc for restoration. Michele was amazing in prompting me in what was needed and guiding through advice. Also facilitating works on what was needed for sale. Her professionalism and knowledge was so appreciated for the selling of my first home.

Michele Adams was recommended to us and we are truly grateful we agreed to have her sell our home. Michele's professionalism and expertise were evident immediately and her friendly, outgoing approach put us at ease from the beginning. Her understanding of the current market and the intracies of how to give us the best possible chance of achieving our goal in selling our home which we had lived in for more than 30 years. Michele understood how important our home was to us, more than just a building. Communication was one of Michele's strengths which again supported us and we are happy to say, resulted in our selling our home for a better price than we had thought we could get. What to take this opportunity to thank Donna and staff at Helen Munro Property. Efficient service, prompt reply to information and paperwork needed to place my father’s property on the market. Located a buyer within days, complex settlement saw both Donna, buyer & legal teams work together to a resolution. Donna Glass provided outstanding professional services throughout the process of the sale of our home. Donna's knowledge of the market guided our choice of marketing method, our price expectation and preparation for the open house. Donna managed the open house and other inspections with respect, humor and good grace. We received several offers after the first open home and had a signed contract within a week of listing with a sale price above our listing price. We are extremely satisfied with Donna's professional services and highly recommend Donna to any person thinking of selling their property.
