Unlike some agents who do very little to improve a property for sale Michele puts a lot of effort into presenting a property for sale and gain that better price. Things that a seller may miss, but a buyer would not, are Michele's strength. You know that even if you are not on sight the property will be presented professionally and appealing to potential buyers. At the end of the day it's getting the best price and Michele understands this.

I have no hesitation in recommending Donna Glass as experienced and knowledgeable agent. Her market appraisal was spot on. As I am not a resident of Townsville, Donna took charge the sale of my property from start to finish, arranging quotes for repairs from her trusted tradies, relaying offers, suggesting improvements and offering sensible advice. She responded to questions expeditiously, which ensured an immediate level of trust between agent and vendor. Donna kept me up to date by phone calls, text messages and emails with a friendly and amiable disposition. If able, I would have rated Donna 10 stars out of 5 if the RateMyAgent allowed.

Donna was highly professional at all times and was able to answer all questions. Donna kept me up to date, not just via email or text, but her first preference was via phone and this was both personable and timely throughout the contract/purchase period. She met me at the property several times, very flexible snd willing to purchase the buyer. Donna was warm, genuine and honest, my experience with Donna was excellent and I highly recommend her business and service.

Donna was selected as our agent to sell the unit due to having prior experience dealing with her. We appreciated Donna's knowledge advising on what minor works and repairs that could to be done to enhance the visual appearance of the unit prior to advertising. I would highly recommend Donna to anyone wishing to sell.
