Donna was very good in all aspects, obviously experienced and at no stage did we feel pressured to take any action we weren't comfortable with. Donna was able to answer any questions we had and provided good advice in preparation of the property for sale. She also kept us well informed of all aspects pre and post sale. A pleasure to deal with.

When we engaged Michele to sell our house, we were met with a Woman who has a passion for her job! Michele is very forthcoming, dedicated, approachable, engaging and fun. Her drive to sell our home and reach our goal is a credit to her and Helen Munro Real Estate. We have found Michele to be a very professional Real Estate Agent, the communication between us was very informative and we were kept abreast of all that was happening in the selling arena. We highly recommend Michele as your Agent! Thank you very much Michele, it was such a pleasure to have you sell our home on our behalf.

From our first interaction with Donna it was obvious she was experienced in the field and really had her finger on the pulse of the market in Townsville. She guided us with current market trends and insights the only a seasoned and pro active agent could possess. Donna did not fixate on one method of selling the property and this invoked confidence in us that our property and was in the right hands and that she had our best interests at heart. The sale was efficient, painless, and we were very happy with the end result. If we were to sell a property in Townsville again, the first person i would call is Donna.

Michele came out straight out of the gate with an estimated value our property would sell for that far exceeded our expectations. Not only that but she also offered her market opinion on where the best place our property would best be advertised and even went as far as predicting the type of buyer that would buy our home. Highly recommend

Donna's transparent and honest advice made the processing of selling our home so easy and stress free. Donna was committed and had several open homes over a long weekend, which ultimately sold our home on the first inspection!! We achieved more in our Sales price then ever expected and were so impressed by Donna's customer service and professionalism. If you are looking for an Agent who calls back when they say they will and provide updates regularly, then don't go with anyone else, Donna is your best choice! You won't regret it.
