My initial property manager had their portfolio rolled-over to Helen Munro after some unavoidable circumstances. They recommended Helen Munro for their proven record in the Townsville region, and since that transition, I have been really happy to have worked with them, and entrusted my property into their management. My property has presented a few issues, and Helen Munro has navigated these with professional and empathetic care. I am not a property owner for the sake of squeezing tenants for maximum rent, and I really like that Helen Munro shared these ethics with me.

After constant issuses with tenants and multiple complaints coming stright to me from multiple nieboroghs and property management being extremely hostile, promised one thing and delivered another thing. Having tenant conduct activities within the property without our or management consent. Munro Property finally delivered outcome and peace of mind for us, with their regular communication and reassurance considering we do not reside in the same state.
